Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, please contact us at HolderLogic@Outlook.com with your order number and reason for return.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return your item. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
